Professor Kenny shares her decades of research on aging and tests that can help us identify if we are aging optimally. She also discusses the importance of consistently focusing on resistance training, diet, exposure to nature, and community.

Professor Kenny reminds us that we are not all doomed and that 80% of how we age is based on the habits and fundamentals we engage in daily. If you want motivation and inspiration to hone in on simple changes we know are tried and true, this episode is for you.
