When we don’t drink enough water, it leads to poor cognition, loss of focus, headaches, fatigue — and now, a fascinating new study is adding aging to that list.

In the study, researchers reported 39% greater odds of chronic disease and 50% greater odds of a person’s biological (inner) age being higher than their chronological age. That’s a pretty big deal for something as rudimentary as drinking enough water!
