(Minisode 2) True Healing and Freedom Begins with Acceptance

The number one thing holding us back in life is our own limiting narrative. We’ve literally become confined by the thoughts we think and the words we tell ourselves. These deep-seated constraints of our subconscious lead to self-sabotage, inhibited performance, procrastination, failed relationships, and dis-ease. When we understand that our behaviors and thoughts are a result of our subconscious programming, we can deconstruct where those limiting beliefs and fears came from, and we are able to free ourselves from them and experience true liberation.

I explore these topics in my past interviews with IN-Q, Peter Crone, and Diego Perez.

IN-Q is a National Poetry Slam champion, award-winning poet, and multi-platinum songwriter. His groundbreaking achievements include being named to Oprah’s SuperSoul 100 list of the world’s most influential thought leaders, being the first spoken word artist to perform with Cirque Du Soleil, and being featured on A&E, ESPN, and HBO’s Def Poetry Jam. He’s inspired audiences around the world through his live performances and storytelling workshops. Many of his recent poetry videos have gone viral with over 70 million views combined.

Peter Crone is a writer, speaker and thought leader in human potential who works with world-class entertainers, professional athletes, and global organizations. Peter redesigns the subconscious mind that drives behavior to inspire a new way of living, from limitation and stress to freedom and joy.

Diego Perez is a meditator, writer, and speaker who is known on Instagram and various social media networks through his pen name Yung Pueblo. He reaches millions of people through his written works that focus on personal transformation and building self-awareness. His first book, Inward, was an immediate bestseller that is available in bookstores around the world.
