I explain the difference between a food intolerance and food allergy, and why testing doesn’t always give us the whole picture when it comes to foods we should or shouldn’t be eating. I also share how I was able to clear my acne, improve joint pain, brain fog, bloating, and boost my energy and immune system using an elimination diet.
