Science says that only 10% of our happiness comes from our external circumstances—our job and income, relationship status, health and weight, age, and where we live. That means that our happiness is largely up to us and the choices we make, the things we do, the thoughts we think.
Today on The Broken Brain Podcast, I’m joined by my good friend Robert Mack to talk about the most important key to happiness, and simple actions someone can take today to get on a path to happiness. We discuss why adversity is necessary for living our best life, and how we can find peace, love, and happiness from the inside out. We also talk about ways to build optimism, resilience, and real confidence.
